Our system supports company-wise payment gateway integration, enabling each company to receive payments directly through their preferred gateway. Companies can choose from multiple popular payment providers such as Razorpay, Paytm, and PayU, or integrate additional gateways as required.
Company-level Integration:
Each company admin can independently configure one or more payment gateways for their business.
Multi-Gateway Support:
Supports popular providers like Razorpay, Paytm, PayU, and can be extended to other gateways as needed.
Seamless Payment Experience:
Customers can pay directly through the company’s configured gateway during checkout or invoice payment.
Flexible Mapping:
Each transaction is routed through the specific gateway set up by the respective company, ensuring correct reconciliation and payouts.
Gateway Configuration:
Company admin logs into their account and navigates to the Payment Gateway section in Settings.
Setup Credentials:
Admin can select a gateway (Razorpay, Paytm, PayU, etc.), enter the API credentials (key, secret, merchant ID, etc.), and save the configuration.
Multiple Gateways:
Companies can enable more than one gateway and set a primary or fallback provider.
Payment Flow:
When a payment is initiated, the system uses the company’s configured gateway to process the transaction.
Reporting:
All transactions and settlements are mapped company-wise for easy tracking.
Our platform architecture allows multiple businesses (companies) to operate under the same SaaS instance:
Isolated Gateway Configurations:
Each company’s gateway settings are completely isolated—ensuring payments are routed and settled directly to the respective company’s account.
No Gateway Conflict:
Gateways (like Razorpay, Paytm, PayU) permit multiple businesses to transact from the same application, provided each uses its unique API credentials.
Scalable Design:
Supports an unlimited number of companies/businesses, each with their own gateway and payout account.
Compliance:
Each company must ensure their gateway account is compliant with provider terms for business type and KYC requirements.
